Acne due to face mask:

1️⃣ As if we didn’t have a hard enough time with acne- we have the new MASKNE to add tie the list of culprits.

2️⃣ To help you combat i have made this list of soem of the tips i use :

3️⃣ Don’t wear make up under that area.

4️⃣ Wash your face twice a day with face wash

5️⃣ Wash tou face mid shift if you have to wear mask for long hours.

6️⃣ Wear a washable mask

7️⃣ Apply hydrating moisturises on face before wearing mask

8️⃣ Hydrate your body with enough water
